The platform is designed to streamline the management of transportation fleets, allowing fleet managers to monitor vehicle performance, track expenses, manage drivers, and optimize logistics operations. With an intuitive and visually appealing layout, the dashboard delivers real-time insights into fleet performance, enabling users to make informed decisions that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Objectives:
- Provide a user-friendly dashboard that offers a comprehensive overview of the fleet’s current status, including key metrics such as completed loads, revenue, and active drivers.
- Enable fleet managers to add vehicles, drivers, and create loads effortlessly, simplifying the management of day-to-day logistics tasks.
- Implement financial tracking and reporting tools to monitor total revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance, aiding better decision-making for budgeting and cost management.
- Create an intuitive, visual experience with easily digestible charts and graphs, displaying fleet performance data like load status, vehicle maintenance, and fleet health.
