This project focuses on designing a mobile application for the real estate market that allows users to explore available properties, view detailed information about each listing, and communicate with property managers. The app features an integrated map view to display property locations, along with dynamic features such as voice messages from property managers, property statistics, and a contact system for users to engage with agents or managers directly.
Objectives:
- Create an intuitive and seamless user experience for browsing real estate listings.
- Allow easy communication between users and property managers using integrated messaging and voice features.
- Design a visually appealing interface with clean layouts and modern typography.
- Implement a map view for users to locate properties based on geographic proximity.
- Display detailed property information, including estimated house prices, daily visitors, building age, and photos, to facilitate informed decision-making.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design: Designed the entire user interface with a focus on simplicity, accessibility, and functionality. I ensured that users could easily navigate between property listings and maps.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Developed wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate the user flow, gathering feedback and refining the design before final implementation.
- Responsive Design: Made sure the application was fully responsive, ensuring smooth interactions across different screen sizes and orientations.
- Communication Design: Integrated an interactive messaging system that allows property managers to communicate directly with potential clients via text and voice messages.
- User Engagement: Designed dynamic features like daily visitors count, estimated property price, and interactive photo galleries to increase user engagement and keep the interface informative.
