The People & Culture and Zepdoc modules are integral parts of Zepiex’s enterprise ecosystem, built to manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring and documentation to termination and compliance. I led the complete UI/UX design for both modules across web and mobile, focusing on HR efficiency, automation, secure data handling, and seamless user experience for both employees and administrators.

● Designed the People & Culture module to handle all HR workflows, including ticket creation for Hiring, Termination, and Warning Notices, with structured tracking and status updates.
● Developed flows for job opening management, employee onboarding forms, and automated routing to relevant departments.
● Integrated Zepdoc for document assignment, digital uploads, approval workflows, and auto-generated reminder emails.
● Created admin dashboards to review, verify, and manage documents and employee data, including role-based access and status filters.
● Built employee-side interfaces for completing onboarding steps, uploading required documents, and reviewing verification progress.
● Designed bank data entry screens with validation for financial onboarding and payroll setup.
● Implemented real-time pop-ups, in-app notifications, and email alerts for actions like document deadlines, approvals, and task reminders.
● Delivered a cohesive UI system with scalable components for forms, modals, task cards, timelines, and approval flows all optimized for mobile and desktop environments.
