This project is a large-scale government web application designed for Pakistan’s vehicle management ecosystem, integrating key departments such as Excise, NADRA, Traffic Police, EPA, Law Enforcement, and Government Administration into a single, unified digital platform. The goal was to digitize, simplify, and secure critical vehicle-related services for citizens while enabling transparent, role-based workflows for multiple government authorities. This project is a major professional achievement for me, as it required designing a complex, multi-dashboard system used by both public users and multiple government departments.
- Excise Department Dashboard
- NADRA Integration Flows
- Traffic Police Dashboard
- EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Dashboard
- Law Enforcement Dashboard
- Central Government Admin Dashboard
Core Services Covered (Phase 1)
I designed complete user journeys and dashboards for the following services:
- Order Security Documents
- New Car Registration
- Transfer of Vehicle Ownership
- Number Plates Management
- Vehicle Insurance
- Car Loan Processing
- Cashless Pass System
Each service includes separate flows, validations, and approval processes, tailored to government regulations and user needs.
Government & Admin Dashboards
A key challenge was designing multiple department-specific dashboards, each with unique responsibilities, permissions, and workflows:
- Excise Department Dashboard
- NADRA Integration Flows
- Traffic Police Dashboard
- EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Dashboard
- Law Enforcement Dashboard
- Central Government Admin Dashboard
Every dashboard was designed with:
- Clear role-based access
- Secure approval flows
- Data visibility aligned with authority level
- Operational efficiency for daily government use
