𝐙𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐱 is a large-scale guard and fleet management system designed to handle end-to-end operations, from site creation to real-time guard deployment, scheduling, fleet tracking, and financial audits. I led the UI/UX design for multiple core modules across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring operational clarity, role-based access, and scalable design suited for high-volume enterprise environments.

● Designed Site Management Module allowing admin users to create and manage guard sites, assign zones, and define security parameters.
● Built Scheduling Module with drag-and-drop shift planning, attendance logs, and guard availability mapping across multiple locations.
● Developed Accounts & Audit Module UI for managing payroll, expense tracking, invoicing, and financial report audits tied to fleet and guard data.
● Created consistent UI systems for web dashboards and mobile apps, optimized for both operations teams and field guards.
● Designed mobile-first interfaces for guards to view schedules, check in/out of assigned shifts, and report site activity in real-time.
● Ensured seamless integration between modules to support fluid workflows between operations, HR, and finance teams.
● Delivered supporting visual assets including icons, data visualizations, and intuitive navigation for both admin and field roles.
